Well, it’s Thursday…

… and I can’t put it off any longer.

So here ’tis.

Weight: 87.1

BMI: 30

Loss this week: 900g (plus 500g)

So at least it’s a loss. Hopefully, we should see some more of the same next week. Tonight, I’m off to the gym again for some more of that cardio/step action. Woohoo! (actually, it’s kinda fun. Which maybe proves that it wasn’t just hormones making me nuts on the weekend – maybe I have gone totally off my bean).  🙂

    Congratulations on a successful loss. Every little bit is one step closer to where you want to be. There was a show on during the week about being healthy, caught the last bit of it, they compared a cardio workout to a weight bearing workout between twins. The cardio twin lost more. So even if you don’t make it to the gym they said a 20sec sprint as fast as you can go followed by walking for a minute or two until you could do it again and then repeat for a 30min total, 3 times a week, would see the weight move.

    Well done – i apparently havbe lost nothing – damn that chocolate mousse – but will be taking steps (in all senses) in 10 days when work finishes up – do you think I should try for 50 by 50?
